DAISY offers four plans: Free Trial (14 days, 3 active patients, volume-limited), Pro ($47/month — 15 active patients, 15 meal plans per month), Expert ($87/month — 50 patients, 100 meal plans per month, finance & scheduling module, patient mobile app), and Clinic (custom pricing for multi-practitioner practices).

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription from your account settings at any time with no fees. Access remains active until the end of the paid period.

Does AI replace my clinical judgment?

Accepted Answer

No. DAISY automates low-value tasks: macronutrient calculations, plan formatting, report generation. Clinical validation, patient intake, and adaptation remain entirely in your hands.

Where is my patient data stored?

Accepted Answer

Data is hosted on secure infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit (TLS). Health data is processed in compliance with GDPR. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request.

Is the app available on mobile?

DAISY is accessible via web browser on desktop, tablet and mobile for the dietitian. Patients of Expert or Clinic plan subscribers also have access to the dedicated DAISY mobile app.

How do I generate my first meal plan?

First create a complete patient file. Configure your dietitian method if you have one. Then open the patient file and click "Generate meal plan". The AI produces a personalized plan in seconds.

No. DAISY is an assistance and automation tool for dietitians. It does not diagnose, does not manage medical conditions, and in no way replaces your clinical expertise.
